Ordering

All tracking numbers are provided via email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. This email will include all the details you need to track your package. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

  1. Find the product you want to purchase.
  2. Select the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
  3. In the upper right-hand corner, click ‘My Cart’ when you have completed your shopping.
  4. Press ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to proceed with your purchase.
  5. Enter the address you would like your order shipped to.
  6. Select your preferred Shipping Method.
  7. Click Next
  8. Verify your Address – pick the suggested or original address
  9. Select your preferred payment method.
    1. Credit/Debit Card – Enter your card information. NOTE: If your billing and shipping address are not the same, please uncheck the box and enter your billing information.
    2. PayPal Express Checkout – Click the ‘Continue to PayPal’ button at the bottom of the page.
    3. You will be emailed a receipt for your purchase shortly and receive a tracking number within 1 to 3 business days.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal

All orders are shipped within 2 business days, Automated Order Acknowledgements will be emailed accordingly. If you need the invoice after the package has been delivered, please reach us at 855-262-8884 with the order number. An invoice can be emailed to you upon request.

NO, we no longer offer FREE SHIPPING. Instead, we have switched to a low cost model to insure that you get the cheapest shipping possible.

Our products are shipped from multiple warehouse locations across the United States. These include Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas, and California. The warehouses are strategically selected based on the zip code you provide at checkout to ensure the most efficient and timely delivery possible at the lowest cost.

The orders typically ship via UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, or LTL. It usually takes anywhere from 1 - 3 business days for the delivery of your package.

Changes to Orders, Cancellations & Returns

Yes, we do accept returns. All returns must be made within 30 days of your order date. Please note that we cannot accept damaged items, and the products must be in their original condition for a return to be processed.
